- Higher pbt from construction division mainly attributable to progressive profit recognised from projects secured during the period, which include KLIA 2, LRT, KK Times Square and Sabah Administration Centre

- The polyol division recorded loss due to lack of export market, higher cost of raw materials and intense competition in the local market

- Loss after tax due to very high tax expenses
